Planning Committee

Fowey Town Council is a statutory consultee for all planning applications in the parish. The Planning Committee is responsible for assessing every Planning Application and for making recommendations to Restormel Borough Council on behalf of FTC. It is also responsible for monitoring possible breaches of planning control and reporting them to RBC.

Meetings are held each month except August, usually immediately before the Council meeting. Notices of the meetings and the Agenda are posted on the FTC notice board outside the Town Hall and on this website.

Members of the public are welcome to attend and will be given the opportunity to address the committee.
